Our story

Born from a simple frustration.

Our founders spent years inside large consultancies and global enterprises, watching brilliant transformation strategies stall — buried under complexity, over-engineered, and priced out of reach for the organisations that needed them most.

So in 2018 we set out to build a different kind of firm. One that pairs senior, hands-on expertise with a pragmatic delivery model — and a stubborn belief that the dividends of digital should belong to the many, not the few. The name Hoi Polloi — Greek for "the many" — is our north star and our promise.
